Beyoncé has dropped “MY HOUSE" (Parkwood Entertainment/Columbia), her first new music since last year's RENAISSANCE. Co-produced by The-Dream and Beyoncé, the track appears in the end credits of RENAISSANCE: A FILM BY BEYONCÉ, which is being released to theaters worldwide Friday (12/1). It captures the RENAISSANCE World Tour from inception to its opening in Stockholm to the finale in Kansas City.
The song is a departure from the dance-heavy material found on RENAISSANCE; she's rapping again, for starters, much like she did on 2018's Everything Is Love, her joint album with JAY-Z. Midway through the track, she even drops a few f-bombs, repeating, "Get the fuck up out my house." (Gasp!)
Beyoncé embarked on the RENAISSANCE World Tour in May. It was her first solo trek since the 2016 Formation World Tour. The Parkwood Entertainment and Live Nation-produced outing boasted 56 dates, earned more than $579m in ticket sales and was seen by more than 2.7m fans. The roadshow wrapped in October at KC's Arrowhead Stadium after visiting 39 cities in 10 countries. Special guests included Kendrick Lamar, Megan Thee Stallion, Diana Ross and daughter Blue Ivy Carter.
