HIPGNOSIS FUND HAS A NEW CHAIRMAN

Hipgnosis Songs Fund has appointed Robert Naylor chairman, replacing Andrew Sutch.

Naylor, currently CEO of Intuitive Investments Group, was most recently chair of Round Hill Music Royalty Fund. He has more than 25 years of experience in the accounting and investment world.

In addition, Francis Keeling has been named a non-executive director at Hipgnosis Songs Fund. Keeling is EVP of Business Development at music rights management company Orfium.

“Robert and Francis’s appointments follow extensive engagement with shareholders, and their experience and knowledge working with investment companies, most notably at Round Hill Music Fund, will be invaluable to Hipgnosis as we look ahead to the next chapter,” Sylvia Coleman, senior independent director of Hipgnosis Songs Fund, said.
