SOSNOW'S SNIFTER RUNNETH OVER

During a playback event for the highly anticipated new album by Warner Records singer-songwriter Brandy Clark, the following people wondered if there might be a mute button for us (l-r): producer Brandi Carlile, legendary Warner exec Lenny Waronker, EVP A&R for Warner and Reprise Jeff Sosnow, Clark and Warner Co-Chair/COO Tom Corson.

Sosnow is feeling particularly jazzed due to a number of fabulous things, including Clark's recent Tony nomination for Best Original Score (Music and Lyrics) for Shucked; his prevailing in a competitive signing contest for bluegrass virtuoso Billy Strings; the burgeoning success of artist Kanii, the most recent fruit of the Masked Records/Roger Gengo JV (which Sosnow brought into Warner); and a roster that includes Mac Miller, Benson Boone (hot new EP), Nessa Barrett (gold single) and Rüfüs Du Sol. He will not be adding this mention to his highlight reel.
