iHEART TO HONOR TAYLOR, P!NK

Taylor Swift will receive the Innovator Award at the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards, 3/27 at L.A.’s Dolby Theatre. P!nk, who will be honored with the Icon Award, and Kelly Clarkson are among the performers.

The Innovator Award is presented when an artist has proven themselves to have had an impact on global pop culture throughout their career. Pharrell Williams, Justin Timberlake, U2 and Alicia Keys are previous winners. P!nk will be recognized for her impact on pop culture, longevity and continued relevance as a touring and radio force.

Other performers include Keith Urban, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, Muni Long, Cody Johnson and, via satellite from Brazil, Coldplay.

Now in its 10th year, the iHeartRadio Music Awards will celebrate the most-played artists and songs on iHeartRadio stations and the iHeartRadio app in 2022 while offering a preview of the hits of 2023. Fox will air the show beginning at 8pm. It can also be heard on iHeartMedia stations and the iHeartRadio app.

The last time HITS gave out an innovator award, it was to the guy who got the VCR to stop blinking 12:00.
