BTS member j-hope will release a new single, “on the street" (BIGHIT), Friday (3/3) prior to entering the South Korean military.
The song, whose arrival was announced on social media, is described as a “lo-fi hip-hop track with easy-listening melody and warm-hearted lyrics.”
BIGHIT also noted that j-hope “has initiated the military-enlistment process by applying for the termination of his enlistment postponement.”
The announcement comes 10 weeks after the oldest BTS member, 30-year-old Jin, started his own service, at the Yeoncheon army base, near the border with North Korea.
