TOP 50: SZA REIGNS, REPUBLIC RULES

Monte Lipman’s Republic continues to dominate the top of the HITS Top 50; the label claims seven titles in the Top 10 this week—the most for a single label in as long as we can remember (though we can barely remember today’s breakfast). Previous #1s from Taylor Swift, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, Metro Boomin, Drake & 21 Savage, Morgan Wallen and The Weeknd hold spots between #2 and #8, while Shania Twain’s Queen of Me debuts at #10.

TDE/RCA’s SZA returns to #1 on the chart with SOS. In its ninth week (and eighth on top), the album posts 99k. SZA’s chart-topping run is on pace to compete with blockbuster reigns by Disney’s Encanto soundtrack and Morgan Wallen’s Dangerous: The Double Album, which spent nine and 10 weeks at #1, respectively.

Columbia’s Beyoncé and Harry Styles receive significant boosts from their big nights at the Grammys, with RENAISSANCE (Parkwood) +131% at #11 and Harry’s House +54% at #9.

Streeting this week are new titles from WMG’s Paramore, Columbia’s Jessie Murph, Big Loud's ERNEST and This Is Hit/BBR’s Chase Rice. Now, if you’ll excuse us, we have to get in line for Cocaine Bear—it’s based on the true story of a promo guy we used to know.
