1/27/23

Indie group The Reytons have hit the top of the U.K. Official Albums Chart for the first time with their self-released second set What’s Rock & Roll. Over on singles, Miley Cyrus claims her longest-running #1.

Måneskin’s RUSH! (Columbia) is their first U.K. Top 5 at #5, while Wrong Side of Paradise (Earache) by Black Star Riders is also new, at #6.

Dublin group The Murder Capital have a career best with Gigi’s Recovery (Human Season) landing at #16.

On the U.K.’s Official Singles Chart, Cyrus’ “Flowers” (RCA) remains at #1 for a second week. The track has out-performed itself week-on-week, shifting 121k over the last seven days. That includes 13m streams, making it the most-streamed track for a second week running.

Rema’s breakout hit, “Calm Down” (Mavin), is on the rise, up two places to #6. “Martin’s Sofa” (Relentless) by Headie One is this week’s highest new entry at #9.

Miguel has his first U.K. Top 10 with “Sure Thing” (Jive) jumping one to #10. The track, first released in 2010, has gained a new wind thanks to TikTok.

“10:35” (Atlantic/Ministry of Sound) by Tiësto and Tate McRae is up two to #14, while Libianca’s “People” (5K Records/Sony) rises nine to #18.
