At Top 40, Greg Marella and the crew over at Capitol take the #1 spot this week as Sam Smith & Kim Petras' “Unholy” blasts to the top of the chart, where it should enjoy a nice long stay thanks to massive callout. Republic's Team Spangler has two records moving up the Top 10: Nicki Minaj's “Super Freaky Girl,” a Top 5 inclusion, and Taylor Swift's “Anti-Hero." Epic’s Sackheim and squad take Meghan Trainor's “Made You Look” into the Top 25, and Republic's Swift enters the Top 30 with “Lavender Haze.” Debuting on the chart this week will be Epic's Black Eyed Peas x Anitta x El Alfa with “SIMPLY THE BEST.”
Meanwhile, at Rhythm, Def Jam’s Team Noah Sheer has the new #1 record this week with YG’s “Toxic.” It also has Armani White’s “BILLIE EILISH.” at #4 and will make a run for the top spot this coming week. Lori G and Inca over at RCA have Chris Brown’s “Under the Influence” at #3 and will also be vying for the #1 spot. Ending the week at #5 will be Beyoncé’s “CUFF IT” (Parkwood), guided by Strazza and the Columbia crew. Davey Dee and Republic have officially chosen “Circo Loco” as the first single from the Drake & 21 Savage project and it’s already in the Top 20. They’ll also see the pair’s “Rich Flex” debut on the chart this week, as will RCA’s SZA, with “Shirt.”
And at Modern Rock, blink-182’s “EDGING,” led by Columbia’s Lisa Sonkin, will remain in the #1 position this week. Over at The Orchard, Scott Burton and his team guide lovelytheband’s “Sail Away” to the Top 10, while Glassnote’s Michael Starr and crew move Phoenix’s “Tonight” f/Ezra Koenig into the Top 15 and Bright Antenna’s Dave Barbis and squad have Wilderado’s ”Surefire” joining the Top 20. RCA’s Team Gary Gorman has a nice chart debut for half.alive’s "Did I Make You Up?" Crush Music’s Garrett Capone and Warner’s Rob Goldklang also have Giovannie and the Hired Guns’ “Overrated” making its chart debut this week.
