ELVIS' NYC PLAN: 10 NIGHTS, 100+ SONGS

Elvis Costello will play more than 200 songs during a 10-night February run at New York's Gramercy Theatre.

During the 2/9-23 Live Nation-produced "100 Songs and More," Costello will appear solo for the first five nights and with longtime keyboardist Steve Nieve for the final five.

Costello has provided a list of 10 songs guaranteed to be performed on each night. He will select a number of other tunes to be played impromptu, completing each performance without repeating any songs over the 10-night stand. It's safe to assume that a couple of well-known tunes may serve as an encore.

Night one, he’s heading back to his beginnings with such songs as “Welcome to the Working Week,” “Mystery Dance” and “Alison." His first night with Nieve, 2/16, will see “Accidents Will Happen,” “Veronica” and “God Give Me Strength.” The final night will boast such gems as “Radio Radio,” “Watching the Detectives,” “Man Out of Time” and “I Want You.”

Presales for "100 Songs and More" start today, with the general on-sale beginning Friday.
