BILLIE'S SURPRISE DROP

On Thursday morning fans awoke to a surprise two-track EP, Guitar Songs, from Billie Eilish.

Comprised of “TV” and “The 30th,” it was produced by FINNEAS, who co-wrote the material with Eilish. The songs are the first new music from the Darkroom/Interscope phenom since the arrival of her sophomore album, Happier Than Ever, which debuted with 238k nearly a year ago and is approaching 2m in activity to date.

At a Manchester show just prior to Eilish’s history-making set at Glastonbury as the youngest-ever solo headliner, she debuted “TV”; she's been performing it ever since. The track notably references the overturning of Roe v. Wade.

“FINNEAS and I really wanted these to be yours as soon as possible. So here they are!!” Eilish said. “Performing ‘TV’ on tour was such a highlight for us too, so we took the audio from the first night we played it in Manchester and put it in the song. I get shivers every time I hear it. Hope you love the songs and thank you for letting us share our music with you.”
