Attorney Karl Fowlkes (pictured) continues to expand The Fowlkes Firm, which reps hip-hop/R&B sensation Blxst and a stable of rising acts, producers and songwriters.
Ameer Ali has joined the Newark, N.J., outfit as Associate Attorney. He arrives after stints at LaPolt Law and The Davis Firm.
Blxst, who is featured on Kendrick Lamar's single "Die Hard" from Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, recently re-upped with Red Bull and inked a new partnership with Warner Chappell. Fowlkes is the co-founder of Blxst's imprint, Evgle.
The firm also represents Synthetic, who just signed a co-pub deal with 10K Projects/Internet Money, having scored a handful of placements on Yeat's 2 Alive, Coleman (Jack Harlow's "Nail Tech," J. Cole's "95 South"), Wavy (Future) and buzzing indie artist Joony.
Kudos to Fowlkes for having the hottest Jersey-based operation since Bada Bing and Satriale's.
