PHOTO FINISH LOCKS IN LOCKETT

Photo Finish has inked rising U.K. singer/songwriter Billy Lockett.

With his debut LP set to arrive later this year, Lockett will drop a newly recorded version of his single “Hard Act to Follow” on 6/10. It enlists Grammy-nominated rapper GoldLink.

“Welcoming Billy to Photo Finish is one of the smartest and most exciting things we have done,” said Photo Finish President/Founder, Matt Galle.

“I’m so proud to have signed a new record deal with a team of people who genuinely understand me and my music,” added Lockett, who recently surpassed 110m+ streams across platforms.

“Jamie Hole, one of Billy's managers, is an old friend,” shared Photo Finish GM, Mike Collin. “After hearing the music, I was floored. When I presented it to Matt and the team, they became equally obsessed, and a deal was born. We are all in it with Billy to make sure the world knows his name.”

Over the last few years, Lockett built a name for himself in the U.K. playing open mics before opening for the likes of Lana Del Ray, Lewis Capaldi, Elo and KT Tunstall as well as selling out his first headlining shows. Most recently, he appeared on the Late Late Show with James Corden.
