YM&U Group has hired SuzAnn Brantner as Head of Marketing for its U.S. Music Division. She will oversee the company's marketing staff and strategy for artists across the U.S. roster, including Steve Aoki, blink 182, Yung Gravy and Sullivan King.
Brantner is the latest of several new additions to the expanding U.S. Music Division. She has also been named a member of the U.S. Music Division board.
“Having worked with YM&U for over seven years as a marketing consultant for Steve Aoki and others, I am excited to join a global management firm that is forward-thinking, technology-driven and puts artists first,” said Brantner.
Said YM&U Managing Director of U.S. Music Matt Colon, “When it comes to marketing, I have not met anyone with SuzAnn's level of sophistication, organization, innovation and ability to execute.”
Prior to joining YM&U, Brantner was Head of Digital at WME, which she followed up by launching The Family Business, where for nearly a decade she worked with clients like Aoki, Liz Phair, Alanis Morissette, Kelis, GRiZ, Fox Pictures, Ultra Records, Universal Pictures, Armada and Alabama Shakes.
