AEG BIRTHS BORN & RAISED FEST

In a year that has seen postponed and canceled tours and festivals revived with new dates, AEG Presents is heading to Oklahoma to launch a new multi-day experience, the Born & Raised Music Festival, 9/17-19.

With ZZ Top and Cody Jinks as headliners, the 30-act lineup is a collection of outlaw, Texas and Red Dirt country music artists such as Blackberry Smoke, Lucinda Williams, Randy Rogers Band, Parker McCollum and Robert Earl Keen.

Held at the Pryor Creek Music Festival Grounds in Pryor, Okla., the longtime home of Rocklahoma, the event begins with The Friday Night Honky Tonk and includes The BBQ Ranch featuring some of the top pitmasters in the region.

“We were excited to launch Born & Raised in 2020, and to say we’re even more excited in 2021 is an understatement,” festival producer Mike DuCharme said. “This region lives and breathes outlaw, Texas, Red Dirt country. We can’t wait for fans to walk through the doors and experience what we have put together.”

Presale passes go on sale Saturday. Tent and RV camping options are available.
