Taylor Swift wanted to make one thing clear about her song “Hey Stephen” on A Late Show With Stephen Colbert. Did she also secretly offer clues about her next re-recorded album?
Colbert, who said “Hey Stephen” was a sign they were soulmates back in 2009, is mystified by Swift’s knowledge about his history, not to mention her Colbert-loaded vision board created when she was recording the original 1989. (Colbert was waiting tables in Chicago that year, Taylor informs us).
While she states who “Hey Stephen” concerns, fans have gone wild on the internet finding Easter eggs within her comments and vision board. The theory: 1989 is next up in the re-records for Republic.
