Taylor Swift’s new recording of “Love Story” will appear at midnight ET tonight, to be followed by a full re-recording of her 2008 album, Fearless, retitled Fearless (Taylor’s Version).
On GMA today (2/11), Swift said she pulled six songs out of the vault that almost made the record and added them to the package, for a total of 26 tracks. She called it “the full picture.”
Fearless (Taylor’s Version) will be issued by Republic. The release date is not yet set, but we think there's a clue in her tweet; the capital letters spell out "April ninth."
In November, Swift said she'd begun to re-record her Big Machine catalog. Fearless was her second album for the label. It topped the charts and sold more than 7 million copies in the U.S.
I’m thrilled to tell you that my new version of Fearless (Taylor’s Version) is done and will be with you soon. It has 26 songs including 6 never before released songs from the vault. Love Story (Taylor’s Version) will be out tonight. Pre-order now at https://t.co/NqBDS6cGFl 💛💛 pic.twitter.com/Vjyy2gA72O
