UMG's Task Force for Meaningful Change (TFMC) has partnered with Black Label, their employee resource group celebrating Black culture, to create a new mentorship program, UPLIFT.
The program was created to foster connections within UMG’s Black community to build the personal and professional development of entry- and mid-level employees.
The Black Label x TFMC UPLIFT Mentorship Program is seeking participants for a year-long, multifaceted commitment.
Over the course of a year, mentees will participate in one-on-one mentoring, group mentoring, networking sessions and speed-learning activities. They will also receive articles, books and other resources to continue their personal growth.
The inaugural UPLIFT class will be dedicated to exploring personal and professional goals by engaging in dialogue and building relationships within the larger organization. The program will draw from the vast pool of experience and talent at UMG and consult external experts to give mentees a robust experience.
