L.A. REID JOINS HIPGNOSIS BOARD, SIGNS OVER CATALOG

Hipgnosis and its investment adviser, The Family (Music) Limited, have acquired 100% of legendary producer/songwriter L.A. Reid's publishing interests and writer's share of income from his catalog, comprising 162 songs. In addition, Reid also joins the Investment Advisor's Advisory Board.

As a Grammy-winning songwriter and producer, Reid's credits include Boyz II Men's "End of the Road," which topped the singles chart for 13 consecutive weeks; Bobby Brown's "Every Little Step"; Whitney Houston's "I'm Your Baby Tonight"; Toni Braxton's "You Mean The World To Me"; The Whispers' "Rock Steady"; TLC's "Baby, Baby, Baby" and many more.

Among the stars signed and developed by Reid throughout his career as the CEO of LaFace, Island Def Jam, Epic and now, HITCO, are: TLC, OutKast, Toni Braxton, P!nk, Avril Lavigne, Ciara, Justin Bieber, Meghan Trainor, Fifth Harmony, Camila Cabello, Future, Travis Scott, 21 Savage and DJ Khaled.
