UMG chief Sir Lucian Grainge has been hospitalized at UCLA Medical Center. Inside sources confirm that he is responding well to treatment and doing better.

Universal sent out a memo on 3/13 announcing the company's West Coast offices would be closed effective immediately.

We are certain Sir Lucian is receiving excellent care at UCLA. We wish him a full and speedy recovery.
