RESNIKOFF: KING OF THE YULE 'LOG

It might be a stretch to refer to UMe boss Bruce Resnikoff as Father Christmas, but his holidays were certainly abundant. Not only did UMe notch at 38 in catalog marketshare for the year—which we're told is the highest catalog slice for anybody, ever—but the company's holiday streaming share was up to 46%. What powered such a merry showing? Video creation for Christmas offerings played a key role (and will undoubtedly prove ever more important for catalog in the future). Only one question remains: Will somebody finally write a decent song about a dreidel?
