Jon Glass will lead Warner Music Group’s legal efforts in support of its major digital initiatives, working closely with WMG's business development team as Senior Vice President, Head of Digital Legal Affairs.
Glass will report to Paul Robinson, WMG's Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Glass replaces Ron Wilcox, who will retire after a decade at the company.
“Jon is the kind of person you want on your side of the negotiating table,” Robinson said. “He’s a savvy and level-headed deal-maker with a wealth of experience in all things digital. He sees the big picture and also the details. I’ve watched Jon lead the charge on many of our most strategic and cutting-edge deals, and I know he’ll make a great leader as we navigate uncharted territory and explore fresh opportunities for our artists and labels.

Glass joined WMG 2010 has worked up to SVP from. Associate Counsel, Digital Legal Affairs. Previously, Glass was with Sony Music Entertainment in Business & Legal Affairs, Global Digital Business.
