SAM'S READY FOR "SLEEP"

A new single from Capitol's Sam Smith, "How Do You Sleep?," is on its way. The tune's scheduled to drop this Friday (7/19).

"Sleep" follows Smith hit "Dancing With a Stranger," which went #1 at Top 40 radio at the end of May, has garnered plenty of Grammy buzz and has earned more than 1.8m in SES (song equivalent sales) since release. 210m+ of that number has come from stateside streams.

The official video for "Stranger," which features contributing vocalist Normani, raked in 373m+ views.

How big will "Sleep" be? There's no way to tell yet. But Smith did insist that his "inner dancing queen is about to come out," and for that we will be eternally grateful.
