LYNCH EXITS PANDORA AMID SXM DEAL

According to a press release, Roger Lynch will be stepping down as CEO of Pandora. The news comes as stockholders approve the acquisition by SiriusXM. Lynch served as the company's CEO since September 2017.

SiriusXM CEO Jim Meyer will lead the combined Pandora-SiriusXM once the buyout closes, signifying Lynch's exit.

During Lynch's tenure, Pandora topped 6m subscribers in 2018. Before his move to the company, Lynch was the founding CEO of Sling TV.
