DAN + SHAY PLAY PITTSBURGH, RAISE $60K+ FOR TREE OF LIFE SYNAGOGUE

Dan + Shay’s sold-out benefit concert Sunday at Pittsburgh’s Byham Theater raised $60k+ for the Tree of Life Synagogue. Several thousand additional dollars was generated via merchandise purchased by members of the 1,200-strong crowd—notably, an exclusive, event-only T-shirt designed by the duo. The money raised will go to rebuilding the synagogue.

Next up for Dan + Shay is an appearance Tuesday on ABC’s Good Morning America, during which they’ll perform “Speechless,” the follow-up to the Warner Music Nashville act’s massive hit “Tequila”—the most-streamed country song released in 2018. “Speechless” is already the fifth most-streamed country song released this year.
