Lest you thought Pulse Music Group co-head Josh Abraham was just taking phone calls and ordering scallop rolls from What the Fish, be advised that the Silver Lake music company’s exec has also been in the studio making records.
Abraham co-wrote and co-produced Foster the People’s ever-growing “Sit Next to Me” (Columbia), which is now nearing platinum status, is Top 20 at Pop radio and Top 10 at Hot AC, and has earned 60m+ Spotify streams.
He’s followed up this feat with today’s drop of Empire act DRAM’s new EP, That’s a Girl’s Name; Abraham co-wrote and co-produced all three tracks with Pulse-inked writer/producer Oligee.
Abraham, co-CEO Scott Cutler (another busy creative) and team will be celebrating these and other happy developments with gluten-free cocktails at the Thirsty Crow.
