TOP MONEYMAKERS:
A VERY “SAD!” WEEK

Fans’ impassioned response to XXXTentacion’s killing has resulted in an earnings eruption, with “SAD!” finishing the week atop our latest Songs Revenue Chart. It’s one of three XXX songs in the Top 10, while seven tracks in all landed in the Top 50.

The other newcomer to the leaderboard was The Carters’ “Apeshit,” which finished #9.

Last week’s top earner, Juice WRLD’s “Lucid Dreams,” was pushed down a notch to #2, but the smash experienced a 5% uptick. The Maroon 5-Cardi B juggernaut “Girls Like You” moved up two slots to #3, just above Cardi’s own “I Like It.”

On the final approach to his Scorpion drop, Drake hit the Top 10 trifecta, including his feature on Lil Baby’s “Yes Indeed.”

Marketshare splits: UMG 73%, Sony Music 13%, WMG 11%, Indies 2%
