Sony/ATV U.K. MD/President/Worldwide Guy Moot and team exult in their Publisher of the Year win during the Music Week Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London’s Park Lane. The gong commemorated such British signings as Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Calvin Harris, Clean Bandit and Jamie Scott (Rag’n’Bone Man’s “Human”). As you can see from the contents of the table, the celebrants had just finished what’s known in Blighty as “the drinks before the drinks.” Next came the dinner drinks, followed by the pudding drinks, the savory drinks, the “afters” drinks and, finally, the pith helmets filled with gin.
