THE FIGHTER RETURNS TO THE RING

After being sidelined by a fall last November, Capitol Nashville superstar Carrie Underwood will return to the limelight at the ACM Awards on 4/15, performing a new song. The singer is also a contender for Vocal Event of the Year in the awards competition for her role in the aptly titled single “The Fighter” by labelmate Keith Urban.

Underwood also showed her mettle recently on "The Champion" f/Ludacris, a smash single that became an all-purpose sports anthem.

The ACMs will be broadcast live from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Vegas on CBS.
