Bob Dylan, Kesha, St. Vincent, Death Cab for Cutie's Ben Gibbard, Valerie June and Bloc Party’s Kele Okereke are the participants in a new compilation EP, Universal Love, which gender-flips the lyrics of six classics in support of the LGBTQ community. The project was conceived and put together by MGM Resorts International and released on 4/5 through Sony Legacy.
“We believe projects like this will help all of us reach a point where seeing the world through the lens of people who happen to be different from us becomes natural and commonplace,” said Phyllis James, the chief diversity and corporate social responsibility officer for MGM Resorts.
