iHeart’s Lisa Worden is looking to hire alternative rock program directors for major and midsize markets.

Here’s the job description:

Responsible for all aspects of radio station’s on-air experience, talent, content, programming, and online presence. The ideal candidate has full knowledge of the Alternative Rock format, great relationships in the industry, has at least 5 years programming experience and strong desire to win! On air is a plus.
