TIME'S UP BLOSSOMS FOR THE GRAMMYS

White roses will be representing the Time’s Up campaign at Sunday’s Grammy Awards thanks to the efforts of Roc Nation’s Meg Harkins and Interscope Geffen A&M’s Karen Rait.

People reported that Harkins, SVP of Marketing at Roc Nation, and Rait, who handles Rhythmic Promotion at Interscope/Geffen/A&M, organized a group of 15 women called Voices in Entertainment to encourage attendees to wear a white rose.

In part, their letter read: “We choose the white rose because historically it stands for hope, peace, sympathy and resistance.

“Please join us in support of equal representation in the workplace, for leadership that reflects the diversity of our society, workplaces free of sexual harassment and a heightened awareness of accountability that our sisters started on January 1st and continued through the Golden Globes and onward.”
