CHARLIE'S TV FOUR-AY

TMZ has reported that Republic prexy Charlie Walk will be joining the judges of new FOX music-competition series The Four, although we hear that negotiations are ongoing. The other judges are Diddy (“the mogul”), DJ Khaled (“the producer”) and a TBA artist, the list of candidates for which TMZ claims has been winnowed to either Fergie, Meghan Trainor or Bebe Rexha. (We hear Meghan is the leading contender.)

The Four is a U.S. reboot of an Israeli show and is apparently slated to air in January; it’s believed to be hip-hop-heavy and to pit a group of four aspiring artists against challengers hoping to displace them.

The news, if true, would end many weeks of chatter about Walk's potential small-screen career, which was rumored at one point to involve a role as a Marvel superhero who can attend multiple parties at once. Here's hoping Charlie can come out of his shell and enjoy being the center of attention.
