The film spends its second weekend at the top of the domestic box office, tacking on another $60m. It's followed by two debuts—Lionsgate's American Assassin and Paramount's Darren Aronofsky-directed mother!, which earned a truly terrible F CinemaScore from initial audiences.
It is soon expected to surpass 1973's The Exorcist by becoming the top-grossing R-rated horror film of all time.
