ALOE BLACC GETS READY TO RUMBLE

Aloe Blacc’s debut performance of his new XIX/Interscope single “King Is Born” occurred during Tuesday's initial press conference for the Floyd Mayweather-Conor McGregor fight in August.

More than 2.2m people tuned in on YouTube previewing the 8/26 fight at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Showtime has the pay-per-view telecast.

“King Is Born,” released Tuesday and featuring a smart use of Ides of March’s “Vehicle,” will be used as the soundtrack on the promotional spot for the showdown between the boxing champ Mayweather and the UFC champion McGregor. The press conference lasted 80 minutes; Blacc’s performance starts at 19 minute, 30 second mark.
