GRAMMYS HEADING BACK TO L.A.

Seven months before a single award is handed out at Madison Square Garden, The Recording Academy has announced that the show will be returning to Los Angeles in 2019. And 2020, 2021 and 2022.

The academy has signed a four-year agreement with AEG to house the show at Staples Center where 17 of the last 18 ceremonies have been held.

"We very much consider Staples Center our home and are grateful for the successful relationship we've cultivated throughout the years with AEG and the entire Staples Center team," said Recording Academy President/CEO Neil Portnow.

Lee Zeidman, President of Staples Center and L.A. Live, noted "We designed many aspects of STAPLES Center in partnership with the Recording Academy and look forward to extending this important relationship for years to come."
