A TOWERING HITS LIST
As we approach the summer solstice, our thoughts turn to the Capitol Tower, whose upper floors catch the last rays of the sun as it sets over the Pacific. So it seems fitting that Capitol ruler Steve Barnett and label superstar Katy Perry appear at the top of HITS List.
Katy, as you’ll see, has brought Steve his second straight chart-topper, following Halsey. The women in his life are very good to him.
