While it was another Furious #1 at the box office this weekend, the noteworthy story from the multiplexes was the strong bow from the Ken Marino-directed comedy How to Be a Latin Lover, starring Mexican superstar Eugenio Derbez. Also making a strong impression: the Indian production Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, with a stunning $24k per-screen average on just 425 screens. The tech thriller The Circle debuted fourth, despite a heavy marketing push and Tom Hanks. The Boss Baby holds onto power, rounding out the Top 5 in its fifth week. Meanwhile, Guardians 2 opened big overseas ahead of its stateside bow, taking in $101.2m ex-U.S. Yowza.
