SPOTIFY'S NEW ARTIST SHINDIG: PARTY LIKE A PLAYLIST

Spotify's pre-Grammy celebration at L.A.'s Belasco Theater on 2/9 featured performances by Best New Artist nominees Disruptor/Columbia's The Chainsmokers and Sony Nashville's Maren Morris, as well as a performance by Capitol breakout Jon Bellion. Following brief but potent sets by each of the three acts, the enormous crowd, um, streamed upstairs for the afterparty, so they could stand shoulder-to-shoulder, munch hors-d'oeuvres and yell at each other over the DJ's steady stream of jams. An array of industry folk declined to take a picture with us.
