REPORT: PRINCE CLASSICS START STREAMING SUNDAY

The BBC is reporting that Prince’s classic Warner Bros. recordings will be available on streaming services starting Sunday prior to the Grammy Awards.

Tracks such as “Purple Rain,” “1999,” “Little Red Corvette” and Raspberry Beret” have been available only on Tidal. The BBC, without quoting any officials from Spotify, report that Daniel Ek’s company will go live with all of Prince’s albums released between 1978 and 1996 this weekend.

The BBC said Apple Music has yet to comment.
