GAGA DUKES IT OUT IN NEW VIDEO

It's hard to know what the titular figure of Lady Gaga's "John Wayne" would make of video for the song, which the Interscope siren dropped as an Apple Music exclusive this morning (video exclusives are still UMG-kosher, so don't get your meat pants in a wad). The clip is a wild paean to excess, and comes in the wake of Gaga's announced Grammy performance and Super Bowl-spawned retail surge.

The image above, with Gaga brandishing that gorgeous Gretsch guitar, comes from the "intro" segment, but things go pretty nuts from there. We're talking high heels that fire bullets, man.

What would the Duke say? We think he'd call it one wild ride.
