TAG THEY'RE IT: SHAZAM'S BIGGEST GAINERS

Here’s a rarity: A Spanish language song is the week’s Biggest Mover on the Shazam USA Top 100 chart. Reggaeton singer Nicky Jam’s “El Amante” (Sony Music Latin) rises 160 slots to hit #41. And he’s not alone.

Luis Fonsi f/Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito” (Universal Music Latin) is the week’s third biggest gainer, rising 123 slots to #78. Both songs had video released in mid-January.

The first single, “Issues,” from Republic's Julia Michaels (pictured) is immediately picking up steam at radio ahead of its 2/7 impact date. Taggers gave “Issues” a 152-slot spike, pushing it up to #49 on the Top 100. Her labelmate, Ariana Grande, also saw a nice spike of 104 slots for “Everyday,” the forth single from her Dangerous Woman album.

In the U.K.,Tinie Tempah released two tracks on Monday and one of them, “Text From Your Ex” f/Tinashe, has shot to the top of the Biggest Gainers list. Kaleo’s “Way Down We Go,” a hit single from last year and the title of their tour, is enjoying a revival after a placement in a No. 7 skincare ad.
