GLASS GOES MONDO

Glassnote Founder and CEO Daniel Glass spent his lunch hour Wednesday reminiscing about the old days, when Chrysalis, Virgin and Island got records on radio playlists the old-fashioned way, at the opening of Mondo NYC’s debut conference, held at NYU. NPR’s All Songs Considered host Bob Bollen grilled Daniel about splitting revenues with artists, the importance of radio and taking the long view on artist development before heading to the local juice bar for a lecture on molecular pharmacology.

In a related story, if you pledge to your local NPR station in the next 30 minutes, you'll receive a tote bag with Daniel's picture on it.
