FLIPOVER FRIDAY: ITUNES, APPLE MUSIC NEW ARRIVALS

Labor Day shoppers are not out in full force yet, but four new titles have shot into the Top 10 iTunes on flipover Friday—and let’s just says this is as eclectic a mix as we have seen since the switch from Tuesday releases.

It starts with the metal/pop/punk act A Day to Remember’s self-released Bad Vibrations (ADTR) sitting at #1. It’s the second self-released album from the Florida band, their seventh overall.

Isaiah Rashad, part of the Black Hippy crew that included Kendrick Lamar, sees his new Top Dawg release The Sun’s Tirade hit #3 at iTunes and #6 on Apple Music where it is the only rookie in the Top 10.

Heard Well’s The Dolan Twins—16-year-old Internet sensations Ethan and Grayson who have been signed to AwesomenessTV since they were 12—drop in at #6 with their Tunesdays. Christian band All Sons & Daughters see their fourth album, Poets & Saint (Integrity Music) spread the word at #10.
