In this memorable snapshot, Kevin Weatherly and Pete Cosenza, then PD and Promotion Director, respectively, at KKLQ San Diego, canoodle with EDM pioneer Black Box in what was surely the very apex of Fall Fest 1990, as the station's Chio the Hitman daydreams about lunch.
