Drake's "One Dance" (YMCMB/Republic) holds the #1 spot at all three of our represented Spotify charts (worldwide, U.S. and U.K.) for a seventh week. With 44m streams earned this week alone, that puts an approximate 17m-stream gap between him and his closest competitor.
On the U.S. chart, Drizzy has four tracks in the Top 10 ("One Dance," "Controlla," "Too Good" and "Pop Style"). Rihanna's "Needed Me" (Westbury Road/Roc Nation) did, however, manage to bump his "Controlla" down a space to break into the Top 3.
And in the U.K. Top 10, two debuts appear, as Cheat Codes x Kris Kross Amsterdam's "Sex" (Parlophone) comes in at #8 and gnash f/olivia o'brien's "i hate u, i love u" (Atlantic U.K.) rounds it out at #10. The latter recently hit the B List at BBC Radio 1, and "Sex" has earned a whopping 16m+ YouTube views for its official vid. A video on the Internet called "Sex" is popular? How surprising....
