Bey: Starting Parkwood's new chapter.

BEYONCÉ SHAKES UP MANAGEMENT

Beyoncé has split with her general manager of five years, Lee Anne Callahan-Longo, and shaken up the ranks at her Parkwood Entertainment, the New York Post reports.

Beyoncé has brought on Steve Pamon, the former JP Morgan Chase head of sports and entertainment marketing who oversaw the Beyoncé-Jay Z On the Run tour in 2014.

Beyoncé’s spokeswoman Yvette Noel-Schure confirmed that Callahan-Longo is no longer working for Parkwood, stating, “Their friendship supersedes business, and while she is no longer an employee of Parkwood, she will remain an imperative part of Beyoncé’s life.”

The statement also noted “Last year, Parkwood Entertainment created new departments and recruited new executives from the tech, business and entertainment sectors who joined the team to help grow Parkwood and its interests . . . Some senior staffers were given the opportunity to reposition and stay on. Some members . . . awakened [to] new interests and decided to follow personal routes.”

Peter Thea, who has had senior management jobs at Warner Bros. Records, Universal Republic, Island Def Jam and Jive Records, has joined Parkwood as has Dan Ghosh-Roy, PledgeMusic’s former head of marketing and digital strategy. He heads up her digital operation.
