Alessia Cara's breakout "Here" has won the top spot on the Mediabase Top 40 chart, and labelmate Justin Bieber will succeed her the following week with "Love Yourself." Bieber's "Sorry," meanwhile, sits at #2. Label chief Steve Bartels and promo head Rick Sackheim are twerking with joy.
