THE VOICE'S iTUNES CHART TAKEOVER

Season 9 of The Voice is churning toward its finale next week, with the remaining contestants trimmed from nine to the four finalists last night: Team Adam’s big-voiced Jordan Smith, the consensus favorite, Team Blake country singers Emily Ann Roberts and Barrett Baber, and Team Gwen crooner Jeffery Austin.

The winner will get a record deal with Republic, which has been linked to the show from the start, and the label wound up with six of the iTunes Top 10 songs this morning, with Smith’s “Somebody to Love” #1, Austin’s “Believe” #4, Roberts’ “9 to 5” #8.

Three eliminated contestants also placed songs on the big board: Amy Vachal, Madi Davis and Braiden Sunshine, while three more performances from the show made the Top 20. Watch Smith’s chart-topping cover of the Queen classic from Monday night’s episode below.

All in all, quite a haul for Republic, NBC and the aspirants.
