FOOS DECLARE MONDAY SAINT'S DAY

Foo Fighters are offering a free download of the new Saint Cecilia EP on their website. The five-song “set of scrappy guitar-driven rockers with high-volume fury” (according to iTunes) is dedicated to victims of the attacks. In a detailed open letter posted on the site, Dave Grohl writes that the EP has “taken on an entirely different tone” in the wake of the Paris terror attacks, after which the Foos decided to cancel the remainder of their European tour.
