EVERY FIGURE TELLS THE STORY

The enduring and widespread appeal of Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Rod Stewart is evident in the stats on his new album, the primarily self-penned, critically embraced Another Country (Capitol). Less than three weeks into release, worldwide sales are at 378k, with 63% of that total—or 236k—ex-U.S. Rod the Mod’s 30th solo LP debuted Top 10 in the U.K. (#2), Ireland (#4), Germany (#6), Australia (#9) and Argentina (#1), while hitting #18 in Canada. U.K. sales are projected to pass 250k by year’s end. Stewart will hoof his way to Toronto on 11/16 for three days of press with Bell Media/CTV.
